Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your YuanLu® products as much as we do.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item for a money-back guarantee.


Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returned after contacting us for authorization.

Please note: we currently do not provide return shipping labels.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If possible, please return your product in its original packaging. Items returned without original packaging may qualify for a partial refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must include all original accessories.

  • Items must be in original packaging (opened boxes and bags are acceptable).

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

  • Non-quality-related issues (e.g., customer preference)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products repaired or modified by third parties

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or external factors (drops, water, heat, etc.)

  • Purchases made from unauthorized resellers


Return Shipping Cost

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

  • If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, YuanLu® will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


How to Return

  1. Email yuanluofficial@outlook.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. Our service team will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

  3. If applicable, please include photos as proof of your return reason.

  4. Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.


Refunds (If Applicable)

After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank or credit account again.

  2. Most banks take up to 14 business days to finalize refund transfers.

  3. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at yuanluofficial@outlook.com and provide your refund authorization number for verification.


Additional Notes

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your total refund.

  • The delivery time for exchanges may vary based on your shipping location.
