If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item for a money-back guarantee.
Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned after contacting us for authorization.
Please note: we currently do not provide return shipping labels.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If possible, please return your product in its original packaging. Items returned without original packaging may qualify for a partial refund.

Return Shipping Cost

No restocking fee will be charged.

If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, YuanLu® will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return

If applicable, please include photos as proof of your return reason.

Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds (If Applicable)
After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Most banks take up to 14 business days to finalize refund transfers.
